Generate attendance report (PDF) for specific program session

When creating or editing a program, I would like to have the option to enable or disable automatic invoice creation whenever I register a member for it.

Provide a switch (on/off) to enable or disable the automatic invoice creation when registering a member to a program.

Provide an option to render a custom field visible or not to the member

Not every custom field should be shown on the member portal. To do this, a custom field should have an option to switch its visibility from visible to invisible (and vice-versa)
