Allow administrators to update a tax group

Provide an option to render a custom field visible or not to the member

Not every custom field should be shown on the member portal. To do this, a custom field should have an option to switch its visibility from visible to invisible (and vice-versa)

Redesign the way that custom fields are edited or deleted

Clicking on the custom field within the grid should show the edit page. From the edit page, we can delete it. Remove the visual logic from the actions menu in the list page. Do the same for Custom Field Groups.
